Procurement Supervisor – Kep Province

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Procurement Supervisor to lead the sourcing and purchasing of construction materials, equipment and services for projects in Kep Province. The role is full‑time, on‑site and works closely with project, engineering, warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and conduct price negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate inventory to support project schedules.
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any procurement‑related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, warehouse and finance departments to align procurement activities with project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
