About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to manage supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing operations. The role focuses on building strong vendor relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain vendor database and monitor supplier performance.
  • Prepare RFIs, analyse quotations, and negotiate pricing.
  • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and market pricing trends.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with procurement software.
