Transportation and Delivery Representative

About the role

The Transportation and Delivery Representative ensures goods are delivered safely, accurately, and on time across Cambodia, supporting DKSH's supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers and target areas according to KPIs, maintaining order accuracy and confirming charges.
• Support loading and unloading operations to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
• Provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Prepare and maintain accurate delivery reports and documentation.
• Collect customer payments and process bank deposits per company procedures.
• Comply with DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs and uphold safety standards.
• Escalate and report any route or operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate; valid driving license required for Samaki DC employees.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role.
• Working knowledge of distribution center, distribution, and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Hardworking with strong punctuality and disciplined approach to daily responsibilities.
