Job description

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for MJQ Education’s diverse portfolio of institutions and businesses. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, the role ensures timely sourcing, ordering, and delivery of goods and services while supporting cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and align purchasing with organisational needs.
  • Analyse pricing, market trends and vendor proposals to drive cost savings.
  • Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field (preferred).
  • Experience managing the full procurement cycle, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate quotations and market trends.
