Proactive Sales Executive

About the role

The Proactive Sales Executive will drive new business for a hospitality brand by identifying opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects into long‑term customers. This role combines cold‑calling, client visits and networking to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, company visits, client meetings and property tours.
• Develop corporate, long‑stay, relocation, NGO and institutional business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue and Operations teams to ensure excellent client service.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions and other business‑development activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, serviced residence, hospitality or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with new customers.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client acquisition.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
