Passenger Services & Terminal Coordinator

About the role

The Passenger Services & Terminal Coordinator will oversee all passenger‑related functions at Sihanouk International Airport, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality service for travelers, VIPs and airline partners. The role combines operational leadership, quality management and team supervision in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily passenger services, VIP handling, lost‑and‑found and terminal operations, monitoring performance against KPIs and adjusting manpower to match traffic demand.
• Review operational reports, identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate policies, address concerns and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SGHA, SLA and airport regulations; support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with airlines and business partners, participating in service meetings and handling feedback.
• Plan and manage staff rosters, monitor performance, provide training, and resolve disciplinary matters.
• Identify operational gaps, equipment shortages and propose improvements to boost efficiency and passenger experience.

Required profile

• University degree in management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in airport or passenger services operations.
• Fluent communication in Khmer and English with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, demonstrate integrity and adapt to changing demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Competence with internet applications and general computer usage.
