About the role
The Operation Specialist (Chinese Speaking) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will be the point of contact for day‑to‑day operational coordination, ensuring that food, shopping and living services are delivered efficiently to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities across WOWNOW’s lifestyle services platform.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports and operational records.
- Follow up on tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and help resolve operational issues.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Phnom Penh.
- Comfortable handling daily reports and using product systems.
- Open to candidates without prior experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
