Medical Sales Supervisor (Talent Pool)

About the role

The Medical Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate a sales team to achieve defined medical product targets across assigned territories. This position focuses on driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior management in controlling operating expenditures and ensuring efficient resource use.
• Develop and execute medical sales action plans to meet sales targets.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, provide feedback, and identify development needs.
• Conduct sales activities, analyse market opportunities, and recommend actions to capture them.
• Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and contracts to close sales agreements.
• Track competitor activities and suggest counter‑measures.
• Produce sales reports, forecast margins, and highlight demand fluctuations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues, maintain strong relationships, and follow up on new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and installation.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the medical market, competitors, and customer needs.
• Strong understanding of assigned products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in the local language and preferably English, both written and spoken.
