Inventory Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School is looking for a proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage the school’s assets, supplies and stock. The role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational continuity and drives continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, issuing, storage, stock transfers and control activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, movement reports and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment planning to guarantee timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Implement and maintain inventory procedures, workflows and control systems.
• Monitor product quality, storage conditions, shelf life and utilization to minimise waste.
• Analyse inventory data, trends and consumption patterns to improve forecasting.
• Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and provide efficient inventory support.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Supervise inventory staff, assign tasks, coach and monitor performance.
• Prepare inventory, accuracy and replenishment reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or stock management, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, audits and replenishment planning.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support operational needs.
