Inside Sales Specialist – Outbound

About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist – Outbound will drive sales of SIM cards and scratch cards by proactively contacting resellers, coaching them, and ensuring smooth order processing. You will work closely with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while strengthening reseller relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for SIM and scratch cards.
• Execute structured outbound call plans and reach a set number of unique resellers each month.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to engage, coach, and improve reseller performance.
• Provide clear product, promotion, pricing, and campaign information to resellers.
• Assist resellers with order placement via the Reseller App and follow up on any issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and service support.
• Track outbound activities, conversion rates, and sales performance, and report regularly to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, customer service or a similar role.
• Experience in telecommunications, SIM‑card sales or channel/reseller sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate resellers.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or sales applications is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
