Executive, Indirect Procurement

About the role

The Executive, Indirect Procurement will lead the acquisition of goods and services across the ISI Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring optimal price, quality, and compliance with corporate policies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, focusing on category management and cost‑conscious procurement.
• Manage the full tender cycle from RFP/RFQ to negotiation and contract signing.
• Review and monitor supplier contracts for feasibility and compliance.
• Analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and propose process improvements.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any disputes promptly.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, production, marketing, HR, IT and other internal stakeholders to clarify specifications.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and provide monthly progress and cost‑saving reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
