Digital Sales Executive (Hybrid, Phnom Penh)

About the role

TRISA COSMETICS is looking for a Digital Sales Executive to join its team in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, hybrid position combines online sales management with partner relationship building to grow the company’s digital presence in the beauty and personal‑care market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online sales channels, including e‑commerce platforms and social media marketplaces.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via messaging and chat tools.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Prepare sales proposals, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships with retail and distribution partners.
• Track performance metrics, compile regular sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory data.
• Stay updated on Japanese and Korean beauty trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth.

Required profile

• Strong digital sales and e‑commerce experience, especially in managing online marketplaces and social media selling.
• Solid knowledge of beauty, skincare, or personal‑care products with a genuine interest in Japanese and Korean trends.
• Proficiency in English; Khmer or other regional languages are a plus.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
