Customer Experience Intern – Supply Chain Management

About the role

Join Maersk Cambodia for a 6‑month, full‑time internship starting 5 October 2026. As a Customer Experience Intern you will support the supply chain team by handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and contributing to service‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and on‑time service delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in internal systems.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support related process improvements.
• Participate in projects assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Final‑year university students or fresh graduates willing to work full‑time for 6 months.
• Majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Proficient in English (all four skills); additional language (especially Chinese) is a strong advantage.
• Native Cambodian with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Data‑driven, proactive, high learning agility and a "willing‑to‑do" mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
