Credit Risk Reporting and Analysis Officer

About the role

The Credit Risk Reporting and Analysis Officer will support the Risk Function by preparing, analysing and enhancing credit risk reports, provisioning, classification and grading, ensuring timely and accurate information for management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing comprehensive internal and external credit analysis reports.
• Compile credit portfolio reports covering growth, composition, concentration, performance, peer‑group and industry comparisons.
• Support the preparation of credit risk provisioning reports.
• Contribute to credit classification and risk grading documentation.
• Collaborate with other units to develop illustrative credit risk reports for management‑level committees.
• Participate in ongoing enhancement of credit risk reporting tools and processes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, accounting, business, mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in banking, credit or risk management, analytics, internal audit or an international audit firm.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, reporting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Khmer and English and ability to handle confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
