Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate on‑site activities for our large‑scale real‑estate projects in Cambodia. The role involves ensuring construction is executed according to design, schedule, and safety standards while collaborating with engineers, foremen and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Review method statements, shop drawings and material specifications to guarantee proper execution.
• Participate in technical meetings, resolve issues and keep construction progress on schedule.
• Inspect reinforcement steel, formwork and other technical works before concrete pouring.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment and machinery; lead internal meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly work plans, master schedule and presentation slides.
• Monitor overtime, BOQ, project costs and site safety compliance.
• Calculate structural components (RC, PT & Steel) and review related drawings.
• Respond to official documents from inspectors and handle technical queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a professional engineering certificate or relevant design certification.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience, including 3–4 years in structural calculation/design.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems on site.
• Strong English communication skills.
