Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead construction projects from the planning stage through to successful completion. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality and timeline, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Manage risks, issues, variations and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contracts and safety regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to management.
• Support and guide project teams to ensure effective execution and accountability.
• Oversee project documentation, handover procedures and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably managing full‑cycle projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management or construction software tools.
