Branch Manager – Service Center Operations

About the role

LG Electronics is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its service centre operations. You will be responsible for coordinating administration, technicians, and parts management to ensure efficient and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day service centre activities, including administration, technician scheduling, and parts logistics.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and expense tracking to guarantee accurate financial reporting.
• Handle B2B service requests and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to sustain satisfaction.
• Control parts inventory, ordering, and distribution to support service operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations, administration, or technical support.
• Proven experience managing AR, expense control, and inventory systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and B2B client relationships.
• Knowledge of service processes and parts management in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
