Air Operation Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Air Operation Executive to manage daily airfreight export and import bookings, ensuring shipments are dispatched on time and service standards are met. You will act as a key liaison between customers, airlines, transport providers, and overseas offices.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily airfreight bookings, guaranteeing accurate and timely dispatch.
• Communicate with customers, airlines, transport providers, and overseas offices to resolve shipment issues.
• Track and trace cargo, handle inquiries, and follow up on exceptions such as damage, delays, or missing items.
• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and data entry for invoicing and file closure.
• Update customer records, support internal departments, and contribute to operational process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in airfreight, logistics, or customer service operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with airfreight procedures and systems (e.g., Smart Cargo, AE systems).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
