Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

The Senior Procurement Officer will support the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services for the organization, ensuring compliance with specifications, delivery terms, and budgetary constraints. This role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customs agents to guarantee smooth procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring markets for new sources of goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms to ensure suitability.
• Obtain supplier quotes, prepare quote analysis and support management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service compliance.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases regularly.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in procurement, shipment and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs.
• Experience in power, energy or infrastructure procurement is an asset.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and meet strict deadlines.
