Senior Credit Monitoring & Recovery Development Officer

About the role

The Senior Credit Monitoring & Recovery Development Officer supports governance, compliance and continuous improvement within the Credit Monitoring and Recovery Division. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, enhancing reporting and analytics, and driving process automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the relevance of policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track internal and external findings, manage action plans and drive process improvements.
• Analyse portfolio, operational and recovery data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs and automated solutions to improve productivity and data quality.
• Support process review, workflow enhancement, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on projects and reporting requirements.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in banking, credit processes, internal/external audit or risk management.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and credit processes.
• Analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication, coordination and report‑writing skills.
