Sales Supervisor – Manage Team & Drive Growth

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a sales team in Cambodia, taking responsibility for performance, budgeting and cross‑functional collaboration. The role focuses on developing people, driving revenue growth and handling ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, direct and coach the salesforce to improve performance, capabilities and professionalism.
• Measure sales effectiveness through KPI tracking and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Assess key customers’ shipping needs, ensure proper coverage and address any service deviations.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable growth.
• Organise joint sales visits, negotiate with customers and support existing accounts through calls and visits.
• Promote value‑added services and achieve cross‑selling targets.
• Collaborate with market/trade teams on sales and pricing strategies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage human‑resource deployment to meet company goals.
• Travel to customer sites and depots as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales supervisor in shipping lines, logistics, freight forwarding or similar.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, results‑oriented mindset and excellent stakeholder management.
