Sales Manager, Cambodia

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead and develop commercial activities in Cambodia, driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share, and creating landside business opportunities in line with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and evaluate Sales and Marketing teams, set sales targets and growth strategies.
• Drive market share growth, achieve allocated volumes and commercial objectives.
• Support commercial forecasting, budgeting and business planning.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries, conduct regular visits and execute marketing initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize trade agreements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence.
• Develop and execute sales plans for targeted customers and present to prospects.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to develop integrated solutions.
• Promote e‑commerce and digital booking solutions to customers.
• Identify new products, services and commercial opportunities based on market insights.
• Support cost control, efficiency initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration to improve country KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ability to set sales targets, develop growth strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in business development and market intelligence.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and digital logistics solutions.
