Reporting Officer

About the role

The Reporting Officer will support the procurement and logistics team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing the flow of goods and services. This position ensures accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market research for new sources of goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions, and payment terms for appropriateness.
• Obtain supplier quotes, perform quote analysis, and prepare documentation for management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and service fulfillment.
• Update and maintain supplier, price, and contact databases regularly.
• Handle issues such as defects, damages, and returns.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders, and service contracts for departmental approval.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and clearance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment, and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs and transport agents.
• Familiarity with procurement processes in the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
