Project Officer for MCH&GHS

About the role

The Project Officer will support World Vision’s health‑system strengthening initiative in three Cambodian provinces, focusing on maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and global health security (GHS). The role begins in April 2026 and runs for nine months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with the Team Leader, Senior Project Manager, technical specialists and local health authorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of outputs across provincial health departments, operational districts and health centers.
• Monitor implementation of MNCH services such as antenatal care, post‑natal care, institutional deliveries, nutrition and immunisation.
• Support early detection and response to zoonotic and vector‑borne disease threats, including avian influenza and potential Nipah virus spill‑over.
• Report progress to senior management and collaborate with national partners (NMCHC, CDC, NNP).

Required profile

• Ability to work closely with multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating health‑related projects in challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of MNCH and GHS priorities.
