Procurement & Shipment Operator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Shipment Operator to support our sourcing, purchasing and customs clearance activities in Phnom Penh. The role will ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining accurate records and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new market sources for goods and services and review specifications, delivery terms and payment conditions.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis and prepare purchase orders for management approval.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and service compliance.
• Update and manage supplier and price databases, keeping information current.
• Resolve issues such as defective or damaged goods, returns and other discrepancies.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders and service contracts and ensure proper documentation retention.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs authorities to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs and transport agents.
• Familiarity with the power & energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
