Procurement and Customs Officer

About the role

The Procurement and Customs Officer supports the sourcing, purchasing and import processes for the company. You will work closely with suppliers, internal departments and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new market sources for goods and services and review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis and prepare purchase orders or contracts for management approval.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to monitor order status, resolve defects, damages or returns, and keep supplier and price databases up‑to‑date.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders and service contracts, and ensure proper documentation and record retention.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs authorities to manage shipment and customs clearance activities, ensuring timely processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management and customs clearance in Cambodia.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, customs regulations and tax provisions.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team under strict deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
