Manager, Cash Management and Trade Finance Product

About the role

The Manager, Cash Management and Trade Finance Product will lead the development and enhancement of transaction banking solutions, focusing on cash management and trade finance. The role involves driving product strategy, revenue growth, and cross‑functional collaboration within CIMB Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new Transaction Banking products, policies, and procedures covering Cash Management and Trade Finance, and enhance existing systems.
• Grow CASA balances and TB revenue across CTB and CBK segments by leveraging payment solutions and cash management products.
• Provide leadership to Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams in positioning, pricing, and promotion of Cash Management products.
• Lead and motivate the Product Management team to deliver business results in line with the product life‑cycle framework.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, monitor competitor developments, and enhance CIMB’s product positioning.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external guidelines.
• Drive adoption of electronic banking channels, provide training to customers and staff, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT.
• Manage pricing, profitability, and performance of all TB products, solutions, and services.
• Oversee project delivery, define business and system requirements, and supervise user acceptance testing.
• Prepare management reporting on product income performance and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree holder, preferably in IT or Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product development, especially cash management or deposit products.
• Experience in product management is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and build business relationships.
