We are seeking an enthusiastic recent graduate to join our 24‑month Management Trainee Program in Business. The role offers hands‑on experience across multiple departments, preparing you for future leadership positions.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through various departments, actively contributing and learning the workflow and policies.
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing plans, cost‑management projects, and business proposals.
- Support project management initiatives and organizational improvement activities.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
Required profile
