Finance and Administration Officer for MCH & GHS

About the role

The Finance and Administration Officer will support the Maternal, Child Health and Global Health Security (MCH&GHS) project in Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia. Working with the National Maternal and Child Health Center and the Ministry of Health, the officer will ensure sound financial management and efficient administrative support for a nine‑month health‑system strengthening initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and ensure compliance with donor and World Vision financial policies.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports, statements and reconciliations.
• Oversee procurement processes, maintain inventory records and coordinate with suppliers.
• Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and coordination of meetings.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating financial aspects of health service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the humanitarian or health sector.
• Knowledge of donor reporting requirements and basic understanding of health‑sector financing.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
