Assistant Store Manager

About the role

ELITE FOOD Co., Ltd is a leading food service distributor in Cambodia, operating several popular outlets such as Mo‑Mo‑Paradise, Seorae Korean BBQ and Gong Cha. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving daily operations, sales performance and team development across the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure all subordinate activities are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate policies, SOPs and guidelines clearly to staff.
• Monitor sales trends, set targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Coordinate daily cash deposits, bank transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage uniform control, stock ordering, inventory and food waste reduction.
• Maintain QSC standards through pre‑shift checks and housekeeping tasks.
• Approve staff rosters, handle leave requests and schedule adjustments.
• Identify operational issues, report to the Store Manager and prioritize corrective actions.
• Organise training sessions based on operational needs.
• Ensure correct order taking in the hall and accurate food preparation in the kitchen.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS system operations.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
