Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring smooth receipt and dispatch of raw materials, and supporting continuous improvement of warehouse operations. The role works closely with internal departments to guarantee that stock data is reliable and that the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory orders to match usage and demand.
• Follow procedures for receiving, storing, and discharging raw materials to prevent errors and losses.
• Conduct regular inventory checks according to company policy and schedule.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between recorded and physical stock, reporting root causes to the supervisor.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and activity reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on operations that affect the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse, equipment and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Report problems, obstacles and suggestions for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
• Honest, team‑oriented and able to communicate effectively in Khmer and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
