Transfer Pricing Assistant

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant to support its tax and transfer pricing team serving Cambodian and multinational clients across various industries. The role offers exposure to core transfer pricing documentation and client interaction in a dynamic professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing transfer pricing documentation and related supporting materials for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, fieldwork trips, and interviews to understand business operations and tax policies.
• Support the delivery of tax and transfer pricing services to both local and multinational clients.
• Adhere to KPMG’s risk management, independence policies, and professional standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in transfer pricing or tax consulting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are also considered).
• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Law or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Responsible, committed to high‑quality work, and open to constructive feedback.
