Territory Manager

About the role

The Territory Manager will oversee a network of service stations, ensuring strong commercial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the assigned region. This role involves frequent interaction with dealers, internal teams, and external partners to drive growth and maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, HSEQ, station operations, and HACCP requirements.
• Manage service station performance for fuel, non‑fuel products, and services.
• Build and maintain partnerships with dealers to support sustainable business growth.
• Contribute to territory business planning, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Conduct regular station visits and audits to uphold brand standards, safety, and customer service.
• Implement marketing campaigns and provide feedback on promotional performance.
• Identify growth opportunities for fuel and non‑fuel categories to improve profitability.
• Oversee dealer commercial agreements, contract renewals, and receivable collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
