Technical Service Engineer

About the role

The Technical Service Engineer will lead service management and process optimisation for renewable energy projects. You will act as the main point of contact for service partners, customers and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality field service from pre‑commissioning through to maintenance and repair.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service contracts, partner evaluation and service offers.
• Drive service sales to meet annual targets.
• Oversee field operations including pre‑commissioning, commissioning, fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Ensure on‑site work complies with local health and safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate tasks across divisions to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service cases, spare‑parts inventory, consumption and financials.
• Organise long‑term customer engagement activities and support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of service experience in the renewable energy or power electronics sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Solar PV installation and commissioning.
• Strong commitment, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and negotiation skills.
