Technical Engineer (Khmer-speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer who is fluent in Khmer to join our team in Phnom Penh. The role involves supporting product development, testing, and technical assistance for cement and construction materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and testing new products or modified materials.
• Analyze product performance data to improve durability, cost‑efficiency, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare technical datasheets, test reports, and documents for complaint resolution.
• Provide on‑site or remote technical assistance for product application, installation, or performance issues.
• Coordinate laboratory testing for product properties such as strength, durability, and setting time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience as a civil technical engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of product standards and test methods (ASTM, ISO, EN, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
