About the role
KPMG is seeking a high‑performing Tax Manager to join its Taxation team in the Phnom Penh office. The role will oversee daily operations, deliver an excellent people experience, and support KPMG’s “Best Firm to Work With” strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the principal contact for clients on day‑to‑day tax matters and provide tax advisory and planning.
- Plan, manage, and submit tax compliance work, including corporation tax computations.
- Collaborate with specialists, audit colleagues, and other functions to deliver coordinated services.
- Advise clients on contentious tax issues and monitor their compliance position.
- Coach, develop, and provide feedback to less experienced staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
- ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in external or internal tax functions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong accountability, business‑opportunity mindset, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
