Tax Manager (English Speaker)

About the role

Sailun Group is seeking an experienced Tax Manager who is fluent in English to lead tax compliance and planning for its Cambodian manufacturing plant and affiliated entities. The role involves overseeing all tax filing activities, coordinating with business units, and acting as the primary liaison with local tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end tax filing and compliance for the Cambodian plant and its affiliated industrial chain entities.
• Coordinate with relevant business departments to deliver tax compliance solutions and optimized tax planning based on actual business scenarios.
• Liaise with local tax authorities, handling tax interviews, audits, inspections, and resolving tax‑related disputes.
• Proactively engage with group departments and authorities to standardize tax compliance management and mitigate tax risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in tax compliance, filing, and audit handling for manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to risk prevention.
