Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business units of a fast‑growing Cambodian group operating in retail, food & beverage and technology. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, the role ensures a smooth, positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from workforce planning and sourcing to interview coordination and hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for diverse roles and seniority levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports and compliance with hiring standards and company policies.
• Participate in career fairs, engage external partners and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting across varied roles and levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and pay close attention to detail.
• Understanding of Cambodian labour market trends and employment regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a fast‑growing, multi‑business environment (retail, F&B or technology) is preferred.
