Sustainability Manager

About the role

The Sustainability Manager will lead the development and implementation of environmental initiatives that support the Company’s sustainability goals. Based in Phnom Penh, this role works closely with multiple departments to embed eco‑friendly practices across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental initiatives to achieve sustainability targets.
• Integrate environmental practices into standard operating procedures and improve work processes.
• Conduct environmental inspections, track non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Collect, validate and analyse environmental data for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders to promote accountability, awareness and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, EHS or compliance roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Cambodian environmental regulations; ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with permit tracking, site inspections or SOP documentation is advantageous.
