Sustainability Manager

About the role

The Sustainability Manager will lead the development and implementation of environmental initiatives that support NagaWorld’s sustainability objectives. This role works closely with operational teams to embed eco‑friendly practices into daily workflows and ensures compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NagaWorld’s standards and Cambodian environmental regulations.
• Develop and integrate environmental initiatives across operational departments.
• Identify operational touchpoints for embedding sustainability practices and assign clear ownership.
• Monitor the ongoing performance of initiatives and produce case studies for reporting.
• Conduct site inspections, document non‑conformances, and drive corrective actions.
• Review and improve SOPs, checklists, and work instructions to strengthen environmental compliance.
• Support collection, validation, and quality checks of environmental data.
• Design communication materials and facilitate staff engagement programs to raise environmental awareness.
• Collaborate with department heads to align activities with the company’s environmental strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, EHS or compliance roles.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for environmental data reporting and quality management.
• Familiarity with Cambodian environmental regulations; knowledge of ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 is a plus.
• Experience with permit tracking, site inspections, or SOP documentation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking capabilities.
