Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Ever Steel Factory is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving procurement and logistics strategies to support our production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain and procurement policies to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, overseeing freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution.
• Analyse shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor key performance indicators.
• Implement safety guidelines for transportation and logistics operations.
• Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays or accidents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain plans with business growth objectives.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve product quality, cost, and delivery timeliness.
• Oversee indirect procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven project management, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Experience in the steel or construction sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.
