Supply Chain Manager – Construction & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics and procurement activities for our construction and manufacturing operations. The role reports to management and is based at our central tower in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Plan and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Analyse shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Evaluate and report on key performance indicators.
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supply‑chain documentation.
• Identify cost‑effective solutions for all supply‑chain processes.
• Develop and enforce safety guidelines for logistics activities.
• Resolve issues such as delivery delays or accidents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply‑chain plans with business growth.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favourable terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Plan, manage and coordinate sourcing and procurement of materials to meet product demand.
• Evaluate spending operations and improve quality and timeliness of purchases.
• Supervise a purchasing team and delegate tasks across departments.
• Maintain and implement purchasing and record‑keeping systems.
• Manage indirect procurement of goods, services and supplies for daily operations.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and scout for additional vendors.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a supply chain manager, logistics professional or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of supply‑chain processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven organisational, project‑management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Experience in steel or construction sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
