Supervisor, Trade Marketing

About the role

The Supervisor, Trade Marketing will drive the execution of trade marketing initiatives, retail promotions, and brand activations to boost brand visibility and support sales across retail and distribution channels. Working closely with sales teams and external vendors, the role ensures that point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) are effectively deployed and that brand guidelines are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Manage POSM inventory, distribution, and placement across retail outlets, dealers, and activation sites, conducting regular field checks.
• Support the rollout of below‑the‑line (BTL) campaigns, trade promotions, and marketing activities in collaboration with sales teams.
• Assist in implementing merchandising plans and promotional displays across dealers, stores, and alternative channels.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendors for trade events, retail promotions, and marketing activations.
• Provide support for roadshows and field activation activities, ensuring proper deployment of branding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, event coordination, or marketing activation.
• Experience in telecommunications, FMCG, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
• Proven experience in POSM management, merchandising, and retail visibility execution is preferred.
• Strong coordination, organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Basic project coordination and event management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle operational challenges.
