Supervisor, Retail Loan Process Development

About the role

The Supervisor, Retail Loan Process Development will lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end processes, systems and guidelines that support new and existing credit products. The role ensures smooth product launches, effective risk control and continuous improvement across branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of end‑to‑end processes, systems and guidelines for new product launches and enhancements.
• Monitor process performance, collect feedback from branch staff and stakeholders, and propose effective enhancements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for core banking and other systems, design and verify UAT test cases, and develop related guidelines.
• Create system working instructions and deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions during pilot testing and rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate channel issues, identify root causes and implement preventive solutions.
• Provide user support, service‑desk assistance and training to branch operations teams.
• Lead and support the team to achieve quality results on schedule.
• Build team capacity to ensure readiness, high performance and adaptability to change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business or Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in product or service development within banks or MFIs.
• Experience in process improvement or branch operations is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the financial‑institution industry and branch operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Strong people‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
