About the role
Lead and manage the Financial Control team, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve workflows to enhance team performance.
- Monitor financial control processes, accuracy, and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial reports and related documents.
- Collaborate closely with Internal Audit and External Audit teams.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Financial Control, Accounting, Audit, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and financial control principles.
- Good leadership, team management, analytical and communication skills.

- MS Excel
- Odoo (advantage)
