Supervisor, Data & Reporting – Cambodia & Myanmar Hub

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Supervisor for Data & Reporting to support its Cambodia & Myanmar hub. You will work closely with management and business functions across both countries to translate data needs into actionable dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and insights for business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to various departmental needs.
• Create and review complex integrated data models using sources such as ERP, CRM, EDW, and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data infrastructure supports BI activities.
• Implement data quality standards, perform regular data cleaning, validation, and SQL query optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, MIS or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience designing reports and visualisation dashboards, preferably with Power BI and DAX.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to engage with globally distributed teams.

Required skills

• Power BI, DAX, data visualisation tools.
• SQL query writing and optimisation across SQL Server, DB2, Couchbase, MySQL, Oracle, SQLite.
• Data modelling, data cleaning, and data quality management.
• Business intelligence automation and reporting processes.
