About the role
The Stock Controller ensures accurate checking and delivery of products to stores, organizes stock and uniforms on shelves and in store rooms, and handles daily paperwork related to inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Check and deliver products to store locations.
- Organize stocks, uniforms, and store rooms.
- Participate in purchasing, receiving, and physical counting.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports, including adjustments for spoiled or damaged items.
- Reconcile warehouse stock‑in, stock‑out, and balance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in stock management.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy.
- Reliable, honest, and responsible for assigned tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
