Spare Parts Store Supervisor

About the role

The Spare Parts Store Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring that maintenance and production teams have the right parts at the right time. This full‑time, on‑site position supports Chipmong Insee’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory of spare parts for industrial equipment.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and update records in the ERP/inventory system.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and production teams to minimise downtime.
• Organise and label stock, conduct regular stock counts, and monitor parts usage and obsolescence.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards within the store area.
• Lead, train, and evaluate store staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and spare‑parts control in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience supervising a small team, with ability to delegate, train and monitor performance.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple requests.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
• Effective communication in English and Khmer.
• Relevant technical or logistics qualification (diploma or degree) preferred.
• Previous experience in a spare‑parts store or maintenance warehouse is an advantage.
