Social Media & Marketing Officer

About the role

KFK Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Officer to strengthen its online presence and engage customers across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and drive promotional campaigns for its popular Kungfu Kitchen brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Write engaging captions in both Khmer and English and review content produced by others.
• Edit short videos for reels, TikTok, promotional clips, and event highlights.
• Provide voice‑over for promotional videos when required.
• Collaborate with designers and operations to ensure content is attractive, accurate, and on‑brand.
• Monitor performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on social media trends.
• Handle online reservations, respond to customer inquiries, and manage feedback professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent in Khmer and English with strong written communication.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented, responsible, flexible, and passionate about Chinese cuisine.

Required skills

• Basic video editing using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) – a plus.
• Understanding of post boosting, audience targeting, and simple campaign setup.
