Social Media & Content Associate

About the role

MAADS is looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to support the daily execution of marketing activities across its hospitality properties. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you will turn marketing ideas into engaging digital content while keeping brand standards consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day publishing on social platforms, maintain content calendars and engage the community.
• Prepare, schedule and publish posts, Stories, Reels and other formats on time.
• Capture and edit short‑form mobile videos and simple photographs; adapt existing assets for various channels.
• Develop on‑brand content from approved briefs, campaigns and property priorities.
• Coordinate shoots with property teams, photographers and graphic designers; decide if professional production is needed.
• Maintain digital listings, websites and other online platforms.
• Support digital banners, marketing materials, collaborations, events and related activities.
• Assist with campaign tracking, basic performance reporting and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Highly imaginative, creative and curious with a strong eye for engaging content.
• Strong interest in culture, travel and hospitality.
• Experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
